Integrates with the Amazon Selling Partner API

Wholesale price lists in.
Verified Amazon opportunities out.

Upload any supplier file. Scan matches every row to the right Amazon listing, has AI double-check the matches barcodes can't settle, prices everything with live Amazon data — and hands you a buying list, not a spreadsheet full of maybes.

How it works

From attachment to buying list in three moves

The pipeline runs on its own. You only see the rows that made money — or the ones that need a human eye.

Step 1

Upload the price list

Excel, CSV or a Google Sheets link — any layout. Map the columns once and the mapping is remembered for that supplier. Versioned imports mean a re-uploaded list updates the same scan instead of duplicating it.

Step 2

Match and verify

Every row is matched by UPC, EAN or ASIN first, then widened by our discovery engine. An AI pass verifies what barcodes can't: pack sizes, brand mismatches, bundle traps. Uncertain rows go to a review queue instead of pretending to be sure.

Step 3

Buy with numbers

Live Amazon fees, Buy Box price, sales rank and per-account eligibility on every matched row. Filter by ROI and rank floor, approve or reject in one click, export the buying list to Excel.

The buying list

Every number you'd check by hand, already checked

Net profit after Amazon fees and your landed costs. ROI against your capital. Sales rank against your ceiling. Multipack math done from the listing's real pack count — the classic trap where a 12-pack listing meets a single-unit cost is caught before it reaches you.

  • Default filters: ROI ≥ 15%, rank within 200k — both editable in place
  • Approve or reject a row in one click; decisions are remembered
  • Product photos, pack counts and supplier links on every row
  • Export the shortlist to Excel with your chosen columns

Assembled sets

The variety packs your price list can build

A gift box or a flavour pack is rarely a line in a wholesale file — its ingredients are. Scan works out which listings your products go into, costs a set from the components you already buy, and puts it on the buying list beside everything else, with Amazon's fees charged against the set's own Buy Box.

Cost per set broken down line by line: quantity × unit price, per component
Where to buy each piece — and where the same barcode is cheaper in another list
A second, independent reading checks the quantities before a set is called profitable
A set with one unmapped component has an unknown cost, never a partial one

AI verification

AI that checks the match, not just makes it

A barcode match tells you it's the same product. It doesn't tell you the listing is a 12-pack while your cost is per unit, or that the brand on the listing isn't the brand on the invoice. The AI pass reads what a person would read — titles, images, pack counts — and either confirms the match, corrects the economics, or sends the row to review with its reasoning attached.

  • Pack-size verification with automatic repricing when it disagrees
  • Brand and product mismatch detection before you spend a dollar
  • A review queue for genuinely ambiguous rows — with the model's reasoning shown
  • Identical questions answered from cache, so re-scans cost nothing

The edge

Listings a barcode can never find

Beyond classic UPC and EAN matching, Scan runs a discovery concept of our own. How it works is the part we don't publish — that's the edge you're buying. What we do publish is the result: on live price lists it has surfaced up to 10% additional matched listings on top of everything barcode matching finds, observed in selected production scans — and they keep arriving after the scan finishes, on their own.

  • Keeps working in the background after every scan
  • Finds listings that share no barcode with your file
  • Every extra find passes the same AI verification and live pricing
  • Measured on real accounts, not projected

Risk signals

The badges that save you from bad buys

Each matched listing carries the warnings a careful buyer checks manually — asked directly of Amazon, for your account.

Eligibility locks

A green open lock means your selling account may list it today. Amber means approval required, red means restricted — answered by Amazon's Listings Restrictions API for your account, not a guess.

Amazon on the listing

An AMZ badge warns you when Amazon Retail itself competes on the listing — the single most common reason a beautiful margin never materializes.

Buy Box present

A BB dot confirms the listing has an active Buy Box. No Buy Box usually means suppressed pricing — the sale price your profit was computed from may not be winning anything.

Verified matches

UPC and AI badges show how each match was made and verified, so you always know whether you're trusting a barcode, a model, or your own eyes.

Amazon integration

The Selling Partner API integration, end to end

Scan retrieves catalog, pricing, fee and eligibility data through the Amazon Selling Partner API, only for the seller account that authorized it — nothing is scraped or estimated from third-party feeds. Scan is an independent product, not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon.

Authorized access only

You connect your Seller Central account through Amazon's Login with Amazon authorization flow. Access can be revoked by you at any time from Seller Central.

Credentials encrypted

API credentials and tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never appear in logs, exports or screens — only their last characters are ever displayed.

Catalog, pricing, fees, restrictions

The integration reads Amazon's Catalog Items, Product Pricing, Product Fees and Listings Restrictions APIs to price your opportunities and check per-account eligibility.

Rate-limit respectful

A shared rate limiter keeps every request inside Amazon's published quotas, so the integration is a good citizen of your account — scans queue rather than hammer.

Security & data protection

Your data, treated like it's ours to lose

Everything below is implemented today and described in plain terms in the Privacy Policy — not aspirational, not boilerplate.

Encrypted at rest and in transit

Amazon credentials and tokens are sealed with AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption under a server-held key; every connection to Scan runs over TLS. Screens and logs show at most the last four characters of any identifier — never a token.

No buyer data, ever

Scan does not request or process Amazon buyer personally identifiable information and does not use Restricted Data Tokens. The only Amazon data touched is catalog, pricing, fee and eligibility data for the account that authorized it.

You hold the keys

Access to your Amazon account exists only through an authorization you grant on Amazon's own consent page — and can revoke at any time in Seller Central. Disconnecting inside Scan destroys the stored token outright.

Accounts that defend themselves

Passwords are stored only as slow salted hashes. Repeated failed sign-ins lock the account, password spraying is throttled per address, and every sign-in attempt — including refused ones — lands in an audit journal with its IP.

Isolated and never resold

Your price lists, costs and buying decisions are visible only to your account's users. Nothing is sold, rented, shared for advertising, or used to train models — analysis runs for you and stays with you.

Deletable on request

Ask for deletion at info@launchhub.us and verified requests complete within 30 days. Revoking the Amazon authorization stops new data collection immediately, and previously retrieved Amazon data is deleted on request too.

Prices in USD per month — no metered charges and no hidden fees. “AI-verified items” counts supplier rows and candidate listings actually submitted to the AI verifier in a calendar month; when a plan's included volume is reached, AI verification pauses until the next month or an upgrade — nothing is billed on top. Standard barcode matching, scanning and re-scans are unlimited on all plans. Launch pricing applies to new subscriptions and stays locked while the subscription remains active.

FAQ

Questions sellers actually ask

Do I need my own Amazon seller account?

Yes. Scan connects to your Amazon Seller Central account through the Amazon Selling Partner API, under an authorization you grant and can revoke at any time. Prices, fees, sales ranks and eligibility answers all come from that connection, for your account — nothing is scraped or estimated from third-party data.

What file formats can I upload?

Excel (.xlsx), CSV, and Google Sheets links. Any column layout works — you map the columns once per supplier and the template is remembered.

What is the discovery concept, exactly?

The part we don't publish. What we do publish is the result: in selected production scans it has surfaced up to 10% additional matched listings on top of classic barcode matching, and every extra find goes through the same AI verification and live pricing as everything else.

What counts toward the AI verification quota?

Only items actually sent to the AI verifier — uncertain matches, pack-size checks, brand adjudications. Standard barcode matching and all scanning is unlimited on every plan, and repeated identical questions are answered from cache without spending your volume. When a plan's included volume is reached, AI verification pauses until the next month or an upgrade — there are no overage charges.

Is my supplier data shared with anyone?

No. Your price lists, costs and buying decisions are visible only to your account's users. Credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never leave the server. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — plans are month to month, and cancellation stops the next renewal. Your data stays exportable the whole time.
