Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Scan (“the Service”), operated by Launch Hub LLC under the LaunchHub Lab product brand (“we”, “us”), available at scan.launchhub.us. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
2. The Service
Scan analyzes wholesale supplier price lists against Amazon marketplace data retrieved through the Amazon Selling Partner API under your authorization. The Service provides analysis and decision support only: it does not buy inventory, list products, set prices or take any action on your Amazon account. All purchasing decisions, and their outcomes, are yours.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users or for our compliance with Amazon's policies.
4. Your data and authorizations
You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. You may revoke the Service's Amazon authorization at any time in Amazon Seller Central. You are responsible for ensuring your use of supplier data complies with your agreements with those suppliers.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: attempt to access other users' data; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service except with our written permission; use the Service to violate Amazon's terms, policies or rate limits; resell or sublicense access without our written agreement; or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond the export features provided.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices displayed on the pricing page at the time of subscription. There are no metered or overage charges: each plan includes the AI-verification volume stated on the pricing page, and when it is reached, AI verification pauses until the next month or a plan upgrade. Promotional (“launch”) pricing remains in effect while the subscription is continuously active. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid periods are not refunded pro rata unless required by law.
7. Disclaimers
Analysis results depend on data returned by Amazon and on the accuracy of the files you upload; figures such as fees, ranks and eligibility reflect the moment they were retrieved and can change on Amazon's side at any time. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that any product identified by the Service will be profitable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost inventory value.
9. Third-party marks
Amazon, Selling Partner API and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Scan by LaunchHub Lab is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Amazon.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced to account holders by email and posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: info@launchhub.us.
